Our Strategy for Ministry

River Valley Christian Fellowship applies “four strategies” for its members in order to equip them to connect with Christ and have productive lives.
- Worship – Worship is our Sunday morning experience. Our music is similar to what you listen to on the radio and the sermons speak to your everyday life.. (Luke 24:32)
- Community Groups – During the week we gather in members homes to study the bible and hang out together. We study topics like money, marriage, raising kids and your work life. We let everyone choose the group that best fits your needs and interests. (Acts 2:46-47)
- Spiritual practices – We want everyone to connect personally with Jesus through daily Bible reading and Prayer. Let us teach you some ways that can make this part of your daily walk powerful. (Heb. 4:12)
- Mission – Our people are on mission for the cause of Christ. We serve our community in practical ways throughout the year. We take responsibility to make Bastrop a great place to live. Check out our ministries page for some of the ways we are serving. (Acts 1:8)
